The Union of Municipalities of Arcoub – Al-Harf was established in 2024 to act as a bridge between the municipalities of the villages under its jurisdiction and between these municipalities and central authorities.

The Union emerged under challenging conditions, facing significant obstacles not only in managing local services but also in steering comprehensive, sustainable, and participatory local development aimed at achieving progress and growth objectives.
